The property at Muldaddie Farm consists of approximately 75.76 acres (30.66ha) of land, mainly classified as Yield Classes 3 & 4, with 30.66 hectares defined as agricultural land, including six field enclosures down to young grass and previously used for rotating cereal crops. The land has useful grazing on the clifftops and is well-fenced, dyked, and serviced with mains water supplies. A new agricultural shed, measuring 18.6m x 12.2m, has been erected to house livestock and facilitate farming operations. The land is accessed via a full-length track with a heritable and irredeemable servitude right of access.
