Land

Wylye Down Farm comprises 892.25 acres of land, including 645 acres in arable production, growing a range of crops such as wheat, barley, oilseed rape, beans, and maize. The remaining land is laid to permanent pasture in steep banks and valleys, providing grazing and environmental benefits. The farm features mixed woodland areas, including two Sites of Special Scientific Interest adjacent to the Wylye Down National Nature Reserve. There are also several buildings, including the Bake buildings, which form part of a Contract Farming Agreement, and the Wylye Down Buildings, which are situated on the site of an historic farmstead. The farm has significant potential for an extensive partridge and pheasant shoot.
