Land

The property consists of approximately 40.07 acres of level and gently sloping agricultural land, divided into conveniently sized enclosures by banks, mature hedging, and some stock fencing. There is an area of hardstanding to the southern corner of the land, and the soils are characterized as free draining, slightly acid loamy. The land has been used for producing crops of grass for haylage, but could also be used for arable or grazing purposes.
