Land

The farm is located north of Boston and is approximately 5 miles north of the village of Sibsey. It is accessible via Pymoor Lane or through the village via Old Main Road and Vicarage Lane. The farm has a number of enclosures and fields, with a green lane providing access to some of these areas. The land is very level and has been in the same family's ownership for many years. The farm is Grade 2 land with Salop and Wallasea 2 series soils. Access is available via a green lane and part of the farm can be accessed over public highways. Drainage is managed by the Witham Fourth Internal Drainage Board. The land does not have any connected services.
