Hillhouse Farm comprises a 76.30Ha (188.56 Acres) grassland unit with a mixture of good grazing land, rough grazing, peatland, and woodland. The land is situated approximately a few miles off the M74 motorway and near the market town of Lanark. The farmhouse is a traditional stone-built property with two levels of accommodation, consisting of an entrance porch, W/C, dining room, kitchen, sitting room with a wood-burning stove, and four bedrooms, as well as a garden and a tarmac courtyard for parking. The farm buildings include a traditional range of stone-construction buildings, a log store, a feed store, and a calf shed, among others, with a range of ages and conditions.
