Land

The property is an untouched area of Ancient and Semi-Natural Woodland in the Kent Downs AONB, largely composed of chestnut coppice with an understory of various trees, including young chestnut, hawthorn, and veteran oak. The woodland is dense in places but has great potential for clearing and development. It includes small glades and open areas suitable for camping or woodland activities, with a boundary marked with blue paint on the east side and unmarked, open boundaries to the north, west, and south.
