The portfolio consists of five former Royal Observer Corps Monitoring Posts located across South and West Wales. Each site spans approximately the same plot size and features a hardened underground monitoring post with surface access structures and associated features. Several of the posts remain remarkably intact, retaining original fittings, equipment, and surface installations. The sites have been repurposed for telecommunications infrastructure, with the Narberth, Arnold's Hill, and Maenchlochog sites currently used for this purpose. The sites extend to approximately the same plot size, each accommodating a small parcel of land with a similarly designed underground structure.
