Ffawydd Fach is a secluded hilltop woodland with a variety of terrain, featuring a range of broadleaf trees, including oak, beech, and hazel. The woodland has a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, with different areas that could be developed into nature hides or dens. A sheltered pull-in area has been cut into the hillside, and the woodland is home to a variety of wildlife, including birds, small mammals, and wildflowers. The woodland has a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows, and includes sporting and mineral rights. Access to the woodland is via a shared access track, which is suitable for four-wheel drive vehicles, and there are no public footpaths through the woodland itself. The surrounding area has a rich history, with evidence of old brick structures and the remains of a reservoir and railway line. Viewings are welcome, but visitors should take care and ensure they have a copy of the sales details with them.
