It is situated close to bungalows in Ffordd Cae Canol and Ffordd Pen Y Coed, and has a long partial boundary along the periphery of these properties. Access to the land is via a private drive leading to Hafod Y Green, and some trees on the property are subject to Tree Preservation Orders.
