Land

The property is a 3.16-acre field of permanent pasture in the South Hams area of South Devon, situated within the Dartmoor National Park. The land is gently sloping and east-facing, surrounded by mature Devon hedge banks and stock-proof fencing. A timber-framed field shelter with a corrugated bitumen roof and rubber matting floor is situated on the field, along with a small paddock area and a water trough. The land can be accessed through a single vehicular width wooden gateway on the south-western boundary. The field extends to approximately 1.27 hectares and comprises approximately 24.5 square metres of field shelter.
