The beach hut measures approximately 12'7 x 6'10 internally and has a fitted kitchenette with a mains gas connection and a cooker to remain. A rear door provides direct access to the open green and nearby parking area. The hut has endless views across the Thames Estuary towards the Kent coastline and is situated along the popular Shoebury Common Promenade.
