The property consists of approximately 4.04 acres of paddock land, a chicken run, an orchard, and a variety of outbuildings. The land is accessed through a five-bar gate from a winding track and has a track leading to the outbuildings with ample parking. There are three touring caravans, one of which is useable, and the other two have been used for hens and storage.
