Rockfield Farm spans approximately 162.8ha/402.2 acres, divided between 17 principal enclosures, with about 135.7ha/335.3 acres suitable for arable cropping. The land features a gentle south-easterly aspect and a mix of grades 3(1) and 3(2) according to the Hutton Institute Land Capability for Agriculture map. The fields are well enclosed with stone dykes and post and wire fencing, and many are served by water troughs. A private farm track provides access to the property and surrounding dwellings. The farm buildings comprise a traditional stone-built farm steading and a general purpose shed, with the shed measuring approximately 18m x 36m and featuring solar panels, an automatic roller door, and a 3-phase power supply.
