Isles Forest is a 386.03-hectare property extending from Dalbeattie in Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland. The site is mostly Sitka spruce with a diverse age structure, benefiting from excellent growing conditions. The forest is well-located for timber markets in Southern Scotland and Northern England, with a total productive conifer area of 247.65 hectares. The dominant species is Sitka spruce, covering 244.30 hectares. The forest has a weighted average age of approximately 20 years, with a range of 17 to 31 years, and ongoing replanting associated with 2025 harvesting operations. A recently approved Long Term Forest Plan has slightly increased the productive conifer area. A Minute of Agreement exists for compensatory planting on part of the property, and a new agreement will be required by the purchaser. The property is offered as 386.03 hectares of freehold land.
