The property is a large equestrian facility located in Warwickshire, comprising an American-style barn with 10 stables, offices, welfare facilities, and a 2-bedroom flat. The property also features an indoor arena, a large general-purpose store, several smaller stable blocks and shelters, and a café/shop used as a visitor centre. There are approximately 50 acres of grazing and paddock land with field shelters, including a 20-acre field with a surrounding track.
