The parcel of land is located on the former site of the ambulance hall in Glyncorrwg, a rural village with holiday accommodation and outdoor activities such as cycle tracks, footpaths, and fishing ponds. The plot is near the proposed Wildfox Adventure Resort and has previously been approved for a single dwelling. It currently has existing plans for a block of three commercial properties, although this has not been submitted for planning approval. The land has access to utilities and is suitable for site vehicles and deliveries.
