Land

The property is located just west of the village of Isle Abbotts, in south Somerset, and consists of three separate lots of arable land. Lot 1 comprises approximately 22.50 acres of level, well-shaped land currently cropped in two parts to forage maize and winter wheat, with a gateway in the eastern boundary leading directly onto the public highway. Lot 2, adjoining Lot 1 to the north, is also approximately 22.24 acres of level, well-shaped land currently cropped to winter wheat, with a gateway in the eastern boundary leading directly onto the public highway. Lot 3 is a smaller field of approximately 9.66 acres of arable land, currently cropped to winter wheat, with a gateway in the eastern boundary leading directly onto the public highway. All three lots are bounded by mature hedges and are classified as Grade III on the Provisional Agricultural Land Classification.
