The Callum Park development comprises nine bespoke custom-build homes set in a gated community on the edge of Lower Halstow in Kent's countryside, overlooking the Thames Estuary. Each serviced plot is approximately executive-sized, with pre-approved home designs that can be extensively customized in terms of size, internal layout, and specification. The development includes a landscaped entrance with electronic gates, CCTV, low-level street lighting, and a private drive. Utilities, water and foul drainage, ultra-high-speed broadband, and enhanced electrical capacity for EV charging are brought to the plot boundaries, and foundations for each home are constructed by the developer.
