Land

The property consists of 33.19 acres of gently undulating pasture land with a 5-bay (15ft x 45ft) concrete farm building used as a machinery and fodder store. The building has a concrete block and corrugated sides under an asbestos roof, and is access via an unclassified road along the eastern boundary. A stand of trees planted in the 1930's is located in the center of the land, and the land is road fronted along the northern boundary.
