The South Wark beat on the River Tweed extends to approximately 1.4 miles of left bank fishing on the Scottish side, directly opposite South Wark. The fishery includes seven named pools, with three of the most prolific pools being Annaside, Ferrystream, and Willows, which can hold large numbers of fish. The beat is normally fished with two rods, with three on occasion, and includes a small modern fishing hut and a small boatman's hut. Three boats are also included in the sale. The fishery is managed as a non-exclusive trout and grayling fishery, with the indigenous species fishing let to Coldstream and District Angling Association.
