The plot of land is located on the Humberston Fitties and can be purchased with a Lease that is free from Stamp Duty Land Tax. The plot is available for building a holiday chalet or placing a caravan, with the latter being allowed under a Caravan Site Licence. The site has no requirement for further planning consent, and services including electricity, drainage, and water will be provided by the freeholder. The ground rents and service charges will be delayed until the property is built or April 2024, whichever is earliest. The Council Tax Band for the plot will be Band A once a holiday chalet or caravan is constructed.
