10 Dorchester Drive is a Grade II listed house designed by Leslie H. Kemp and Frederick E. Tasker in 1934 as part of the Daily Mail Ideal Home Exhibition's "Village of Tomorrow". Completed in 1935-36, the property features elegant Art Deco styling with original components including steel Crittall windows and curved elevations, as well as a roof terrace. It was one of only three houses of this design to be built, and its remarkably preserved features make it an exceptional example of mid-20th century architecture.
