Land

Lot Five consists of approximately 119.13 Acres of agricultural land, mainly laid to maize, with one field as permanent pasture. The land is classified as Grade 3, comprising loamy and clayey soils, and a portion of it has a cattle handling area and space for storing machinery, fodder, and equipment. There is also scope for an agricultural building, subject to necessary consents, and an additional cattle handling area on the eastern side of the land.
