The development site at Barracks Farm is approximately 0.36 acres in size, with full planning consent for a residential development consisting of three new dwellings. The site is situated in the village of Hoghton, near Preston, and benefits from a rural location with good access to major roads, including junctions on the M65, M6, and M61. The proposed development includes three detached family dwellings, each with a different internal layout: Dwelling One (Plot Two) with 4 bedrooms and 224.1 sq. m of internal space; Dwelling Two (Plot Three) with 4 bedrooms and 184.9 sq. m; and Dwelling Three (Plot Four) with 3 bedrooms and 147.9 sq. m.
