The land comprises approximately 5.706 acres, positioned north-facing on a gradual incline. It is approximately 50m off a layby on Pen Y Cae Road, and acess is directly off Afan Valley Road. The property is positioned on the southern boundary of the Afan Valley Road. The land is overgrown with fern, briar, and trees, and previously had game birds kept on it. However, there is no fencing in place, and the services, fences, and boundaries are not known or maintained.
