The property is a 1,453 sqm site located on the banks of Harray Loch, providing direct access to the water and fishing rights. The site is situated near the World Heritage Neolithic Sites, beaches, shipwrecks at Scapa Flow, and the Prehistoric Skara Brae Village. The land has potential for multiple uses, including short-term accommodation, and there is an existing demand for this type of development. Three permanent chalets are already completed on the site, and there is also an opportunity to install a small jetty for access to the water. The surrounding area features a mix of wilderness and scenic views, as well as wildlife such as puffins, otters, and seals.
