Land

The land at Muldaddie Farm covers around 75.76 acres and is mainly classified as Yield Classes 3 & 4. The agricultural land, about 30.66 hectares, is down to grass for grazing and conservation, except for one field, and is divided into six enclosed fields. The fields are well-fenced, dyked, and equipped with mains water supplies. A new 18.6m x 12.2m agricultural shed has been built to house livestock and facilitate farming operations.
