Land

The land at Bearscombe spans 20.18 acres (8.16 hectares) and consists of two field parcels of gentle to moderate west and north-facing permanent pasture. The land features a 10' x 20' field shelter made of galvanized steel and timber, with an earth floor. A natural stream water supply runs along the north and west boundary, and the land is fenced with stock fencing and drinking bays. Access can be gained through two single vehicular width gateways on the south boundary and in the south-western corner.
