The property consists of four detached properties situated near Criccieth in North Wales, close to Eryri National Park. These include a principal Grade II listed farmhouse with an annex, an additional farmhouse, a cottage, and a bungalow. The properties can accommodate a total of 23 guests and are located in open countryside and farmland adjacent to active working farms, approximately 40 km from each other. The properties are generally constructed of traditional materials with slate roof coverings.
