The land at Cefn Hill extends to approximately 319.13 acres and comprises high open moorland, rising to 486 meters at its highest point with views across to Hay Bluff. The land is registered as Common Land and subject to common land grazing rights and various designations, including Sites of Special Scientific Interest and National Character Areas. The property has a public right of access under the Countryside & Rights of Way Act 2000 and is entered into a Higher Level Stewardship scheme ending October 2028.
