Land

The property is a roughly square plot of land, approximately one acre in size, located within the village of Harrold. It is bordered by residential properties, a small green, and a children's play area. The land was formerly a garden with vegetable beds, lawns, and a small orchard, but has become overgrown. It features several other trees, including young and self-seeded growth, and a row of mature horse chestnut trees along the eastern boundary.
