Land

The property consists of approximately 18.95 acres (7.67 hectares) of productive meadowland, situated in the Wenning Valley, just outside the village of Wennington. The land is classified as Grade 3 and Grade 4 grassland, and is enclosed by a combination of traditional timber stock-proof fencing and metal "Clipex"-style stock netting fencing. The land has been re-seeded with long-term ley mixes and has been regularly managed, including spraying and recent lime treatment, providing a sound block of productive meadow ground suitable for grass cropping, livestock grazing, or equestrian use.
