Located on the northern edge of the village of Kentisbeare, this approximately 1,830 sqft house sits on a mostly cleared site, formerly part of a dairy farm. The design combines traditional materials with barn-style elevations, echoing the character of the adjacent stone barns. The house will have three bedrooms, two reception rooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining room, featuring renewable heating systems with photovoltaic panels and expected connections to mains electricity, water, and drainage. The site has been partially cleared with the former dairy farm buildings demolished, leaving an open plot.
