The site is a plot of land, formerly a post office yard, located in a large village on the edge of Salisbury Plain. It is bordered by brick walling and has foundations laid. The surrounding area includes brick walls that will be further erected to delineate house plots and a parking area, with planning consent granted for the erection of two semi-detached dwellings of approximately 1000 sq. ft each.
