Land

The land is situated on the B4329 Haverfordwest to Cardigan roadway, close to Scolton Manor Country Park, and is located in a rural setting approximately 4-5 miles north of Haverfordwest. It comprises two fields and natural woodland, providing a level, productive area of land down to pasture. The land is bounded by a two-strand wire fence to hedgerows, with a railway line to the south, and has a small stream in the woodland area. The land is ideally suited for grazing, cropping, and has potential for equestrian or conservation use.
