The property, known as Fornham Park, spans approximately 168 acres and includes a range of land uses. The property consists of 96.32 acres of agricultural land, which are mainly grassland with the potential to be converted back into arable land. The property also features 27.82 acres of parkland, with mature trees and a separate access off the B1106 roundabout. Around 9.57 acres of woodland are situated adjacent to the agricultural land, consisting of mature broad leaf and conifer trees. The property includes 6.76 acres of scenic lakes, with a boathouse situated on the northern bank of the eastern most lake. Additionally, there are 12.88 acres of mature mixed woodland, with a brownfield site extending to 29.16 acres of former landfill that has been restored to amenity grassland. There are also several buildings on the property, including an agricultural building and the remains of the Fornham St Genevieve Church, a Grade II* Listed church tower.
