Land

The property, located at "Peak Down", comprises 2.905 acres (1.175 ha) of gently rolling downland pasture, situated in an elevated position in the South Downs National Park. The land is well fenced with post and wire stockproof netting, and is entirely self-contained and independent. It is classified as Grade 3 land by the Ministry of Agriculture and features shallow lime-rich soils over chalk. The downland pasture is organic and has a wide variety of native wild flowers, including pyramid orchids, and is suitable for grazing and hay making. The land benefits from distant views and adjoins stabling and pastureland, with a wide and deep access gate providing a safe entrance and exit to the property.
