The property site comprises 21 units, including 16 houses and 5 flats, with utilities such as water, electricity, and sewer connections. Base coat of tarmac has been installed on the site road, including a water attenuation tank, and all units are designed to include solar panels, with some already fitted. The foul drainage system is complete, with an onsite sewer pipework installed, and the National Grid has connected power to some plots. Storm drainage has been agreed with Dwr Cymru, but is not yet connected, and sprinklers have been installed in several plots.
