The Leas, Frinton

The beach hut is located on the second row in the Leas area of Frinton-on-Sea, with a kitchenette featuring a space for a gas stove, shelving, bench seating, and under-bench storage. It has internal glazed doors and access to a small raised decking area. The hut is situated on a greensward with steps leading down to the promenade, beach, public restrooms, and a water tap. There is also a raised decking area with external access from the internal glazed doors.
