A traditional Cumbrian bank barn is situated in the Lake District National Park, constructed of local sandstone under cement fibre sheeting. The barn is two stories tall with a ground floor area of approximately 121m² and a further 20m² two-story extension. The lower ground floor has been used for livestock housing and the upper ground floor is an open barn. The barn has access to a grass area on the northern aspect, a concrete apron on the southern and western sides, a concrete pad to the east, and a tree-lined area. Mains water and electricity are nearby, accessible via an easement of unencumbered access.
