Land

Ware's Wood (part) is an ancient semi-natural woodland set in the heart of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The woodland is dominated by hornbeam trees, with additional species including birch, oak, ash, beech, hazel, and holly. The terrain is generally flat and gently sloping, with open areas at ground level and few brambles. A woodbank runs along the western boundary, and a natural seasonal stream meanders along the southern border. The woodland covers an area of approximately one acre and offers opportunities for camping and has a natural water source.
