Property

The property consists of two individual blocks of land, each 32 acres in size. LOT 1 is located in the northwest of Tymaen Homestead and includes 4 enclosures of pastureland and 3½ acres of mature woodland, with two electric transformer masts on site. LOT 2 is located in the southeast of Tymaen Homestead and consists of 5 pasture fields, 1½ acres of woodland, and a track running along its western boundary. Both blocks have been used for farming, including pastureland for grazing and cropping, and have been well maintained with strategically placed water troughs and ring fencing for sheep.
