Land

The land extends to approximately 3.298 hectares (8.15 acres) of gently sloping meadow and pasture, divided into two separate enclosures. The larger meadow is about 6.45 acres and the smaller pasture is approximately 1.56 acres. The land is bordered by traditional dry stone walls and post and wire fencing, which are in good stockproof condition. There are two field troughs, which are believed to have historically been served by a natural water supply, although its reliability cannot be guaranteed. The land is situated on the eastern edge of the village of Cullingworth, with access from Hallas Lane via a right of way through the Hallas Hall Farm development onto a track.
