The site is a fairly level and regular area of land, slightly triangulated in shape, situated adjacent to Red Smiddy Roundabout. It is bounded by Greenock Road to the north and Southbar Road to the east, with Greenock Road running west to east and Southbar Road running north to south. The site is located near a number of established businesses in the Inchinnan Business Park, including Thermo Fisher, M & Co Clothing, and Rolls Royce, and is approximately 500 meters east of the business park. The site is positioned near Junction 29 of the M8, which provides connections to the A737 and Paisley.
