The Battersea Power Station development is a mixed-use neighborhood located on the banks of the River Thames, with a Grade II* listed iconic landmark at its core. The area is being brought back to life with 250 shops, cafes, and restaurants, along with a village hall, community hub, medical center, hotel, and 1,400-capacity event venue, housed within 42 acres of space. The neighborhood is connected to the rest of London by the new Zone 1 Northern Line Extension and already has over 1,000 residents and 20 businesses, with Apple leasing 500,000 sq ft of space in the Boiler House for its new London campus.
