The property up for auction is the basement of 6 Claremont, which has been leased to a team for 10 years from October 2016. The auction will take place on July 28th at 1pm and will conclude 24 hours later on July 29th at 1pm. To participate in the auction, interested parties must register on the Auction House website. The property is being sold on a leasehold basis, and buyers will be responsible for paying an administration fee of £1200 (inclusive of VAT) upon exchange of contracts. Additionally, there may be disbursements listed in the legal pack that will become payable by the purchaser upon completion.
