The vineyard is bounded by deer fencing and native hedgerows and features well-trellised 'Champagne Trio' vines, including 1.35ha of Chardonnay, 1.56ha of Pinot Noir, 0.23ha of Pinot Meunier, and 0.64ha of Pinot Noir, arranged in rows from 1-104. The vineyard is situated on free-draining soils, including shallow lime-rich soils over chalk and free-draining slightly acidy loam, at elevations of 85m to 65m above sea level.
