The ground is made of 18mm plywood with wooden patterned PVC floor covering, and includes electrical and plumbing system applications, clean water and waste water connections, and a modern lighting system. The interior includes a ceramic floor, 60 cm deep kitchen counter, stainless steel sink, and chrome sink mixer. The bathroom features a chrome plated concealed shower set, compact shower unit, and ceramic washbasin with cabinet and mirror. The building shell includes doors, windows, stairs, mezzanine rail, and exterior cladding, with decking being an extra option.
