Land

The property is a 277-acre (112 hectare) tract of land located in the Upper Dulais Valley, situated approximately 6 miles north of Neath and 2 miles south of Ystradgynlais. The land is one ring-fenced block, divided by a shallow upland ridge, and features a mix of improved and rough grazing areas. The land rises from 150 metres to 250 metres above sea level, with areas of open rough grazing, damp enclosures, and blanket bog. The property has a diverse and rich amount of wildlife, fauna, and flora, with some level and damp enclosures growing unimproved marshy grassland, while the sloping eastern enclosures hold dry grassland banks with small pioneer trees. The land is approached from a shared stone trackway and has common grazing rights on Mynydd Y Drum Common.
