Land

The land comprises approximately 24.37 acres, located between Mildenhall and Lakenheath, north of the rural village of Holywell Row. The soil is classified as deep permeable sandy and peaty, affected by groundwater, and the land lies within Flood Risk Zones 2-3 with a medium chance of flooding.
